Raspberry, White Chocolate & Shortbread

This delicious cake is a fantastic alternative to a birthday cake or a just because cake.  This cake is a 9 inch cake which will serve approximately 20 people.  A delicious vanilla sponge infused with raspberry jam and vanilla buttercream and decorated with fresh raspberries, white chocolate drip and homemade shortbread.
